Deal, No Deal

<p>So I went into game canal walk yesterday to buy the plastic laundry value pack on special for R49 per set as advertised on your website. I check theses regularly as I get email updates on Game promotions. So we get to the store and a store consultant does not know what we are talking about and says that game advertise deals but then do not put it in the stores. We go the information desk and they tell us that they did not get it. They then phone a different branch and thry also 'did not get it'. How do you advertise something, then when customers go to buy it the shop just 'did not get it'. We werent offered a rain check or anything. I feel we are owed this deal as we went in to buy three and came out with nothing. Not even an apology. Also, the information desk desk had the one day only deal page printed, yet no deal in the store. When an ad is places and not limited to a specific stores it should be available in all stores!!!!</p>
