Dead Smart TV
I bought 50"JVC smart TV around September and now it's not working. I can't even turn it on. Today I went to the store to lay a complain and I was told that I should come back with the TV on the 6th of Jan. What I don't understand is, why I wait for too long? Can't they take the TV back to the manufacturer? Or give me a refund so that I can go look for something better. Kids can't be sitting throughout the festive season without TV.
