**************** with chargest on a positive balance
For the life of me, I am unable to unable to understand why I get charged R59 on a positive balance. I paid up my account so I don't have to pay the ridiculous fees that they charge on a monthly basis. Can someone please elaborate what PRINCIPAL DEBIT ADJUSTMENT means?
I shouldn't be charged for having a positive balance on my account. Doesn't make sense.

Today is the 18 and I still haven't heard anything back. I do not understand why it would be that hard to explain to me why R59 was shown as on my statement. I do not understand why this amount was deducted from my account when I do not owe you guys anything. Surely I am not the first person to experience this issue?
