I am so frustrated with debt collectors phoning and smsing an emailing everyday for an account from game that has been paid up November 2019. I have settled the account with VVM, requested a paid up letter numerous times but never received one. Out of the blue a company called MBD calls and harass me for an outstanding game account. I request a statement of items I purchased knowing my account has been closed but they cannot provide me with one. This is affecting my credit record. Called game, they cannot help say account has been handed over, ask VVM paid up letter still don't receive anything, MBD cannot provide proof of purchase. Only other option is to take matters further and sue Game!! this is pathetic!
