I went to game belair on the 23 of september wanting to exchange my child 4 pamper nappies. With a size 4+. They are priced at the same and bought from game. I went to custermer service and waited for the person behind the counter to greet and attend to me which took 3 min. There was no one eccept me. After greeting her twice she resonded. I stated my situation and told her i can not produce a proof of payment. But i do not want cash of a voucher just a swop for size 4+. She then called to different people speaking in a language i cant understand then not telling me anything just resumed what she was doing before. I then asked what is happening and i was told sh is waiting for someone for the baby section. This person arrived 5 min later with a size 4+ nappy. I assumed everthing was fine untill she told me i will recieve voucher for 150 rand. Althought they are priced a 189,95. When i asked why she said because i can not produce proof of payment. I told her but i dont want cash or voucher just size 4+ nappies which means thy will sell my size 4 nappies. But no. In total i spent 15 min waiting and been treated very ****** because they spoke about me in a language i cant understand.
