<p>Devasted would be the wrong word to use to describe my being with game. I have bought a pain on Thursday the 15th of December from Game store which was collected from Game Queenstown. My aunt was assisted by Bonke who is responsible for the paint department. Due to the amount of paints that were bought, my aunt did not notice that there was a paint missing, in actual fact she was never given a chance to acknowledge all the paints were received. I immediately called in on Thursday at 15:30 to resport that they need to create a new CDD so that the paint can be fetched from Game Umthatha. Irene promised to got back at me and she has never did. Been calling back and forth and there is no assitance till this day. I bought a paint from Game tygervalley just to replace the other paint while we still investingating. Irene who is a floor manager could nopt assist, neither the manager Unathi. I felt that Unathi was very rude to me on the phone, being a manager she needed to be calm and explain the procedure to me. We have never recived the paint and I can confidently blame Game because how can the person reciving the CDD acknowledge a paint that they did not have. It so sad that service in small town sucks and people in high positions do not deal with the matters correctly. All i need is my money to be credited into my account</p>
