I purchased a bicycle online on the 28th April. The driver was supposed to deliver the item the next day but then cancelled the order stating i was not available for the delivery which was a lie. When i called him asking why he did this he advised he would have been penalized for not delivering. I then requested cancellation and a refund. I am still waiting for my refund almost a month later. I have called the contact centre sent numerous e-mails where no one responds. This is appalling service and they are basically *****ing from customers as I paid for an item which was returned and I was told i will be refunded in14 days. It is way over the 14 days and no one can assist. I would suggest no one ever uses Game online shopping service.
