On the 1st of July 2017 I bought a JVC curved smart TV at GAME Wonderpark for Cash. The Sales person also convinced me to also a purchase an extended warranty, wich I did. Three days later, vertical green, orange, blue and pink lines appeared on my new TV screen, but the following morning when I switched the TV set on, the lines had disappeared. Then sometime at the beginning of August, the lines reappeared and the whole screen went BLANK. I took the TV into the store for repairs. Three days later I got an SMS telling me my TV was back but on arrival I was presented with a SERVICE REJECTION note that my TV was uneconomical to repair as the screen was damaged. The Manager told me that the only option I had was to claim from my house-hold insurance as the STORE was not prepared to replace the TV. We had an argument, then I left with the TV. When I got home and unwrapped the item, I discovered that the condition of the TV was not the same as when I took it in... there was a huge crack on the screen. I went back but the Manager told me he could not help me and I must take WHATEVER ACTION I THOUGHT WAS BEST. The store has taken R8400 from me and told me to "go-jump-into-a-lake".
