Day light *******

I went to Game store in Alberton City on the 2nd of September 2021 to buy an iron. A salesman convinced me to buy a Tevo Bennett Read. Wich had a problem on the on set. The water tank lid wasn't closing. Took it back on the 7th September when I arrive at the store the lid was closing.

Now its has a water leak by the cable connector. Took it back today the 27 September 2021.

Was told I cant have another 1 or change to the brand of my choice

They must book it for assessment and it takes up to 21 days for the whole process.

Its less than a month and I brought a nightmare in my home.

Spoke to Lebohang the store employee and Ofentse the Tevo brand salesman.

Am spending money busy running from pillar to post on the other side. My laundry is piling up while the iron is being sent for assessment. This is an out of box failure.
