Day 42 and still game not honouring their own warranty.

Day 42. So your technicians came on Friday, after 36 days for 5 mins. Said my mainboard and panel needs to be replaced. On day 42 I am still waiting for any feedback, on when it will be fixed. I asked if you can guaranty me that a new part would be installed after I experienced a panel installed on another tv. of mine that was second hand and old.

So I ask again please guaranty me that all new parts will be installed.

Also, you said someone from your head office would contact me days ago, and still nothing. IS it going to take another 36 days?

PLeas once more honor your warranty that I paid for.

Oh. It is obvious you guys are not going to Honour your warranty. You wasted enough of my time and my money. Just take the TV and refund me for the TV and warranty I paid for that you don't want to honour. I have been a loyal customer for many years and spent a lot of money, but enough is enough. This is bordering on ******** now. Give me my money I will go somewhere else.
