DANGEROUS APPLIANCE

My Mini oven Sunbeam purchased at Game in Jeffreys Bay in July 2015 as it was on special. Only started using it about 6 weeks after purchase as I still was using my smaller oven. On Sat 1604 it shcoked me when I tried to put the bottom element on. As I pressed the button it shocked me and sparked a flame and tripped my electricity. I read the consumers act and the more I told them its a hazardous product the more they told me they would repair it and it takes about 4 weeks. I told them I have no other means to make food. So I left the oven there as I cannot use it. It is Barbaric to leave a consumer without MEANS TO PREPARE FOOD. I paid cash for the product. Is this fair
