Damaged washing machine

I bought a hisense washing machine on 18/10/2021 from game in alberton. The washing machine was delivered on 20/10/2021,upon arrival the machine was damaged I then contacted the store they said I must take pictures and come in store with the receipt. I did so and and they said they will fetch the damaged machine and bring me a new one to date I still haven't received it.

They are now sending me from pillar to post please help
