Damaged Tv

Good day. I'm writing on behalf of my mother. She recently bought a 65" TLC Smart TV. The TV suddenly had a Crack and ink from the inside. The tv look has no Crack on the outside. We called Game and they sent a technician. When the technician arrived home. He was very rude didn't even introduce himself. He insisted on switching on the tv and straightly said "physical damage" and said he will send the quotation. We tried explaining what the complaint was all about and he didn't want to hear anything.
