Damaged stove from Game

I ordered and paid online for a defy stove on 12.1.22 It arrived badly dented on 26.1.22. I Sent pictures of damage, pictures of packaging, e mails flying, last e mail wanted ID no, sent, plus picture of both sides. Today is 8.2.22, I still have a damaged unusable stove, with no signs of replacement or refund. Do not know what more to do.
