Damaged product

I bought a fridge at Game Stores Evaton in the Vaal, the dispatch guys didn't open the fridge to check if everything was okay when they gave it to me. When I opened the fridge I discovered that it was damaged and when I took it back, I was told by the rude store manager and security that they don't give customers damaged goods, and they won't take it back. They say it's their policy not to open the fridge to check if it's okay or not. And today I went there to check if they came with a solution, the salesman was absent, the store manager was ignoring me and I was told to email the supplier and when they respond, should forward that to them. I am very frustrated because as customer I should deal with suppliers, I gave my money to game not the supplier, As a customer what am I supposed to do?
