Damaged KIC fridge

I purchased a KIC at game Brooklyn mall Pretoria on the 27th of March 2021 it was a Saturday, they delivered on Monday 29th of March 2021 following their delivery protocol. Upon arrival I waited for 2 hours before switching it on and didn't cool as it's supposed to, I waited for hours and nothing happened, following day 30th of March 2021 I called the store to tell them about the issue, they told me to write an email & attach pictures thereto, which is what I did & they said a guy from KIC will contact me within 48 hours, until today I have been the one contacting game to check what's happening and the KIC guy hasn't come cause apparently they're not around Pretoria...now you can imagine all the headache & losses I've incurred, food spoilage, it's a mess! This is so inconvenient & unprofessional
