Damaged Hisense tv bought online game.

I bought Hisense tv on 2/12/2025 atgame online store . It was delivery on the 8th. Upon arrival when unbox it I found that the tv screen it’s damaged has ink I’ve reported the matter 09/12/24. No one assisted me. They transfer me to different agents. No technician sent nothing. I called Hisense they refused to assist they said it’s game responsibility. No refund I believe the tv it’s still under warranty can you please assist me to report this matter and get my money or new tv
