Damaged Goods

Placed an order for a desk on 6th January 2021 and received it within 2 days damaged, called back 12 times and no response as to when this will be sorted, every time they need to escalate the issue, Every consultant indicates that Tanya (surname unknown as it is against their policy to share surnames with customers) will callback. After 10 days there is no call from Tanya, (Employees in these work environments must get paid based on their performance.)

DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE WITH GAME, THEY WILL NOT SORT YOUR PRODUCT IF IT IS DAMAGED.
