Damaged Goods Delivered

I ordered a Dishwasher and Game delivered used goods to me. On the 25th nov 2017, i ordered a dishwasher from Game online. The website promised max 5days delivery but that was a lie. I received the goods on the 9th December. Upon receiving the goods i unwrapped it to discover that the item was used, how is it possible for a dishwasher to have water in it if we hadn't connected the appliance.

I would like Game to take away their used goods and compensate me accordingly immediately. with the holidays here I need the dishwasher as a matter of urgency. also the contact number for game just rings for several minutes - the customer care is useless i believe.

This is in respect of a second call logged for the same issue – the delivery of Game is unacceptable. Game's Customer Service is pathetic - it's interesting that a Retail store such as Game delivers such poor service. The above call wasn't logged and my dishwasher that's damaged still has not been delivered. Second call ********** 8, please can this be actioned and escalated immediately. Thank you
