Damaged goods
i bought a Telefunken phone on thursday the 17/12/2015 on my suprised when i opened the box the phone was damaged,the screen is damaged and the phone doesnt look new at all,i took the phone back on saturday 19/12/2015 they refused to exchanged it and they said i should pay the full price,am not happy with the service i got at game,and they are not willing to help me at all,so i want my money or refund back. I spoke to Charles the Manage and he said i have to call Telefunken because the unit belong to them, my suprice is i bought the phone @ Game not Telefunken, why i have to call Telefunken while my money is on Game account not Telefunken account.

When you bought the Tablet on Thursday, before you exit the store and when the sales person; Clement opened the box to check
With you the item and RICA the SIMCARD, the screen was NOT DAMAGED....
You said you were in a rush and could not remember to check the item in person...
I also showed you the \GUARANTEE MANUAL\" that there is no guarantee on the SCREEN....
