Damaged Goods

I purchased a small hand blender about 6 weeks ago. The second time I used it, the button that activates the blending broke. I returned it. On 27 September 2015 I bought a bigger blender, a Defy demo model (was looking for a good make as I did not want to go through the same thing again and it was the last one on the shelf). I had only used it a couple of times to blend health shakes... it broke as well. There was a power supply issue as well as an extremely loud noise (like a drill) coming through when it did decide to connect to the power supply. I took it back on 15 October and they refused to refund me, it has to go in for an assessment (10-14 days) in which time I am without a blender once again (after I have committed to a fitclub challenge in which I need these shakes). The manager Vishal Harillal was unaccommodating and his attitude portrayed that he could not be bothered by losing a customer. I will definitely never buy anything from GAME again.
