Damaged Goods
On Tuesday,02nd of June 2015 I went to Game in Vaal Mall,Vanderbijlpark to look for a overlocker, sowing machine.I got there and they didn't have any in stock other than the display one and 2 that was marked down from R2198 to R1100.I thought it was old stock and that was the reason that they were marked down.I took both of them, thinking that I will buy one then for my mom.I paid for it after a delay, because there was a problem with the price. The manager came to help with the prices and then told me that I should use the overlockers within 7 days and if there is a problem they will replace them.Got home and used them and both were faulty.Went back to Game only to get told that they won't replace them as these were machines that came back because they were faulty, they did repairs and now they are selling them to the public again.I asked him how they can sell faulty stock to the public and the answer I got was \That is just what they do".I am very unhappy with this service as now I am stuck with 2 \""new\"" overlockers that I can't use. They should tell the public this before we buy the products. And it is not the 1st time that I got such poor service from this store."""
