Damaged goods!!!

I’ve recently experience numerous amounts of issues with game Westwood mall and have come to my final straw after trying to reason with manager and now have to resort to hellopeter for satisfaction, I have purchased a few items from game and now have a major issue with the refrigerator I purchased and managers and trying to convince me otherwise, my fridge was recently deliver and I decided to set it up only to find out it had a big dent on the bottom of the fridge as well as bumps inside the fridge, all I’ve asked is for a new one to be brought to me and it seems to be very hard to do so, I have payed a lot for this fridge and don’t feel I am being valued as a game customer. Please can a regional manager call me urgently.
