damaged goods
i bought an alva gas bottle on saturday and now its faulty and game refuses to reimburse me for my gas used. they are going to empty the gas and send the bottle away to be checked and then i need to claim from Alva. I didnt buy the bottle from alva. I bought a bottle from GAME

We are in receipt of your complaint with reference *** and apologize for your inconvenience in this matter.
The store tested the bottle in the store and could not find any gas leak. Due to safety issues we cannot keep gas bottles that are filled with gas in the store and had to empty the bottle. We will also send it to Alva to get further tests done and if the bottle was found to be faulty we will look at reimbursing you if you could provide a proof of purchase for the filling of the Gas but we cannot reimburse you for the gas if it was due to improper handling of the bottle.
The store will keep you posted.
