DAMAGED GOODS

Purchased a Defy 195lt freezer from Game online on the 22 December 2021, which states their delivery promise is 7 days. I took delivery this morning 03 Jan 2022. I instructed the courier where to place the freezer and unpacked it after they left. It was not moved but unpacked on the same spot, I noticed piece fall onto the floor while unpacking. I located the area where it had fallen from, it was the right corner of the lid. It had been filled with prestik both on the actual lid and the broken piece and there were lots of prestik finger marks all over the freezer. Can this please be resolved immediately!!!
