Damaged, filthy trolleys at Game-East Rand Mall

I shop at Game East Rand Mall fairly often. When visiting this morning, the trolley I got had been panel-beated and welded and was so bad, I had to push it with the front wheels off the ground as it kept going left. I pushed it at an angle of about 30 degrees just to go straight. I took it back and told the staff member of the damaged trolley and asked for another one. He promptly put the damaged one back in the stack and gave me another whose wheels were damaged and also pulled to one side, and was utterly filthy. (These trolleys are kept inside the store) The store manager seriously needs to ensure they supply trolleys in reasonable working order and that are washed every so often.
