DAMAGED DEFY REFRIGERATOR

Bought a defy refrigerator at Game store in Promenade and it got damaged within a year with guarantee still on, went to report they sent a defy repairer to come and repair it and the guy made an excuse that is unrepairable because there was a hole in it, and it was tempered with and there's nothing they can do we must just throw it away. We took the refrigerator to a third-party engineer, and he could do the job he fixed my refrigerator when they refused to fix it and **** by saying "it is damaged". that is the excuse that Game always uses when customers returning or have a query about their defy fridges.
