Damaged Cell Phone

<p>My wife upgraded her mobile contract recently at Game stores Secunda. The very first evening she tried to switch on the phone we experienced problems with it. It was sent back to Vodacom Nelspruit three times already for software upgrades. The phone is now even worse than it was. Samsung handset model SM-J120FZKAXFV was sent to Vodacom repair centre under job no ********** 1- ********** 6. I tried calling them to find out why they do not replace the phone but I keep on getting sent from person to person. No one wanted to help me.</p>
