Damaged CD Player

I am very disappointed in Game Mall @ Reds, yesterday I went to purchase a portable CD player with a USB (Logik Port CD USB ***) there was only one left on display and one on the shelf. I took the one in a sealed box, when I got home I noticed the CD player must have been dropped and was broken on the left side, there is a plastic part missing on the player. The part is not in the box either so that seems very suspicious coming from a sealed box. When I looked closely the box has been carefully closed by two sets of tape, hardly visible. The player is in working order but how am I to exchange this if there are no other players left. And how can they put something that is broken back on the shelf to be sold, this is not acceptable and I do not have time to rush off to Centurion mall after CD players
