Damage Goods due to no trolley or support from staff

I understand you can't leave Game with a small trolley, but surely you could make a plan to get a large one somewhere. After a long wait, my mother—who is nearly 60—and I walked to the car with everything. She fell while carrying two boxes of milk, which got damaged. We had to carry everything by hand while Game staff just watched us—bags of potatoes and so on. Game won't be seeing us again. Vredenburg mall
