Cyber Monday system error - pathetic service

Cyber Monday special. Was almost the whole day Monday struggling to purchase the Zara couch. System kept kicking me out, when I eventually got to the cart filled in my details it said processed, authentication successful then the screen loaded and then loaded with the message item not processed. I thought maybe my limit was not increased went on my bank app increased it to more because I thought rather temp increase. But no that was not the case still didn't work then it said declined. Then I tried my other bank card and the same thing kicked me out then processed then not processed then decline. I sat till the evening because I knew the promo ended at midnight. I emailed game customer service no response, then I sent them a Twitter message and then they responded saying no one else had a issue or complained. So now because no one else complained now my situation wasn't real? I took screenshots to show, I said I will come in to my nearest store the next day to come purchase it cash instead of online but still no response. This is not the first black friday situation that has happened with game before now they pretend it has never happened. Before. Such pathetic service and now I am sitting with no couch and it's very unfair.
