Customer services a joke
Sign in the store says Customer service The Bela Bela store needs to know what this means. the behaviour is terrible The staff talk down to the customers and have a don't care attitude. Faulty goods were purchased but they will not replace - 2 months old. I was going t purchase a few things in this store - heaters : stove etc Will no be buying anything in future from this store. There is never any help from the staff who are only interested in talking to each other.
