Customer service ongoing issue.

I must express my utmost frustration with Game Somerset-Mall and Game Stellenbosch. It seems that game has no control over their trolleys and the individuals in charge behave absolutely disgusting. I was stopped on my way out of game somerset mall, because according to the person in charge of the trolleys not allowing me to leave the store saying I must take my bags, my child and dog food and carry it as it is unnecessary to use a trolley according to him he went as far as placing his foot infront of the trolley to prevent me, the security and some staff stood still as he starting screaming at me in isiXhosa. He then proceeded to follow me and make derogatory comments in isiXhosa. The other incident occured in Eikestad Mall Game, the same M. O I was this time informed to take my gardening tools I purchased and child and leave the trolley at the stores entrance. I tried to explain to the person again I have gardening tools like spades, long Busch trimmers, etc and we still in the mall buying some more goods. He refused trying to push the trolley back. I asked him if he thinks it's possible to carry gardening tools, groceries and my child where he rep**** to me then why do you bring your child to the store. Very insulting and proceeded to swear in isiXhosa. My wife was witness. This makes me not want ever visit your stores because as soon as I say something I get attacked in a language I am unable to speak luckily I have good friends that are able to assist me to translate the spoken words and the always tell me we don't say this or use this type of vulgar language that has been used to insult you
