Customer Service non existent

Appalling service i called Mall of Africa at 13:51 to find is they had Addias Rough tote 150L. I was informed that only the manager can check availability amd price. I left my name and number. At 14:41 i called again to be put through no one answered this is sales wake up. Pathetic service. Then I called head office DC even worse one answers seems like company not to bother answering calls. Well ive driven to Westpak Centurion to buy 10 Roughtotes at least they can asnwer their phones.
