Customer service non existant

I would like to give 0 stars but that is not an option. Placed an order online on the 2nd of April. The couriers Game use delivered to a wrong address. I ended up canceling the order on the 25 of April due to not receiving the parcel as they are unable to retrieve it from were they delivered it. I have to continuously follow up from my side and receive no feedback from their customer service department. They don't respond to emails and they say they will get back to you when you call but they don't. I would like my refund processed but can't get anything out of Game. I don't have the product nor the money I paid for it. Terrible service from such a big company
