Customer service no service

I was contacted by my mom yesterday her fridge did not want to work and she is a pensioner her medication need to be refrigerated.i then started my attempt to contact game services as my mothers fridge is still under Warranty I called and called and called but nothing eventually spike to someone who said it's not there department let me stay on the line more than 10min to just give the number I was calling already.

I had to go to a physical store to get assistance only for the girl at the store to give me attitude she then logged to issue but I am still dissatisfied with the service I got.
