Customer Service just sad...

The customer service department / online chat department is shocking to say the least. They sent me a tracking number yesterday, today the tracking number is not working, they will find out and get back to me in 24-48 hours, when I queried this, the agent Tharwa Reogon advised that their feedback time-scales are 24-48 hours... by that time I will have probably received my order already. But he, she will try to get me feedback today after I told her this, really not very eager to assist, like most customer service agents these days...
