Customer service is poor

I went to Greenacres Game store on Friday for the double deal Iphone contract.. I was then asked for my documents ID, payslip and my 3 months bank statement I gave them my documents then they said they will contact me back since their system was offline.. I then went the again to check Monday I was then told i am approved for the deal but they still had a system issue they will call me to collect my Phones.. Decided to go and check today and to my surprise the system is now working.. So I then asked to collect the phone the Lady that was assisting me said she can't find my documents so I will have to come back on Saturday when the lady that was assisting me is at work, she did not even try to contact the lady to find out where did she put my documents... The lady that was assisting me there was not helpful at all..
