CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT COME 1ST HERE

Wanted to collect money from the game Greenacres store in port elizabeth that someone send to me via their capitec app, I first went to the cashiers waited in a long line, finally got to the cashier she said I should go to the money bank because they can't help me there. Got to the money market no one was there I asked another employee for help, she went to look for someone, waited for about 15 min for someone to come back and help me...finally the "till manager" came back to me and told me she doesn't have anyone at the money market till to help me because the staff is on tea for 15min The service I got was pathetic and to think I wanted to buy stuff with the money at the very game store...won't be going back there again waisted my time. Very very poor service!!!
