Customer service at Mthatha Plaza Game is pathetic

I visited Mthatha Plaza Game and it took more than 30 minutes for someone to come and assist me. The employees here just come to show their faces. When ask some of the staff for assistance they just look at you and say that they don't work in that isle. Now tell how are we supposed to come back here if the service is so pathetic.
