CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST MANAGEMENT AT GAME THE BRIDGE, PORT ELIZABETH

Game store at The Bridge in Port Elizabeth is pathetic. Worst derive ever. More than 21 days ago I took a phone I bought a month ago, back because it would not charge. I have been calling and calling and no one gets back to me regarding the phone. The manager Clayton I dealt with was rude and abrasive and he is doing absolutely nothing to sort this issue out. I have been calling for 2 weeks now and yet they are to solve this. They show disregard to me as a customer and they refuse point blank to help with anything. I am yet to get my phone back from them and the store manager refuses to take calls and deal with this. From managers to staff, they all useless! I want my refund or my phone back!!!
