Customer Service and Delivery

I am currently experiencing the most pathetic customer service from Game. I made an in-store purchase and the sales assistant said the warehouse had stock of what I wanted. I was told that there would be a delay of 2-3 days. My purchase has yet to be delivered to me. When I call Game Canal Walk, which was more than several times, there is no answer and when the receptionist do answer, she keeps transferring me to the large appliances who then proceeds to not answer. Mind you, the duration of each call has been 8-10 minutes at a time.

Game Canal Walk, I find your customer service a lot left to be desired. If there are ongoing delays, it would be best to communicate this to your clients and you can start doing this by answering your phones!!!

Please can someone contact regarding my purchase and when will it be delivered!!!

This would be the last purchase I would ever make from your store!!!!
