**** customer service and a **** store

<p>I purchased a 10inch tablet, 07/02/17 at about 5pm, the very next day a a other special got launched and I returned the tablet for the new special. The later at the Custer service deport was do flipped unfriendly ( Lucy is her name) she had no form of communication with me,spoke to me as if I wasn't standing there. I was sent back and forth thrice in the store, just for them to tell me they can see my purchase by using my last 4digit of my card. I waited 45mins for (nazmie) to bring my tablets I flipped refused to Take it. I reported to the manager (layken) she ****ing laughed at me. I will advice nobody to ever ****ing shopping at that game, they have poor customer service, not a f.... friendly,and have the worst attitude towards there customers ever. I wasn't the only customer that complained yesterday. If I must take this further I will. I have had it with that game. </p>
