I bought a washing machine from game in Bloed Mall. 2/3 weeks ago it stoped working. I reported the matter at the store, firstly they lost the documents i brought to the store until i had to call them to ask if they are resolving the issue. Then i was told to send them via email which i did, got a respond after 2-3 days.. Francinah told me that she sent the papers to Pricilla to book a service. Until this day i am still waiting for a call from the service guys, i am stuck with a washing machine that is not working…
