Customer service

Game N1 City has the worst customer service ever and *********** staff . I had taken my laptop there for laptop charger to be replaced /fixed since it had eletrical issues . They tested the charger and saw that there is an eletrical issue so while checking it my charger got burned and damaged at the store . Instead of the store replacing it they told me to buy another one which had a quotation of R1 085 . I told them that Lenovo manual says the warranty says 1 year it doesn’t specify that whether on the laptop and charger or the laptop only . Game Johannesburg team confirmed that the warranty covers both the laptop charger and the laptop . Instead of helping me out they kept on saying I should come back on a specific day and when I come ,they say I should come again on a specific day without even helping me or showing to take my issue serious like I do. They will keep referring you to different people without any progress . Till today my issue is not being attended to thoroughly and lawfully . WORST GAME STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER .👎🏾
