Customer service

On Friday the 17th of Jan, I was game Somerset West to bring an appliance from Bennett Read that suddenly stopped working but I didn’t have the slip with me as I lost it, but I had my bank statement with me on the phone as PDF as proof of purchase. The lady in the customer calls someone that works with Bennett Read to come and assist me, that lady gave me attitude and was rude, told me she cannot help without the slip me I have to go print the statement first. She couldn’t even give me a chance to speak & explain my story, I asked if can’t I email the statement if it is so important coz I do have statement on my phone as PDF. The lady that was in the customer service ended up helping me, she just asked me to show her the statement from my phone, and was able to print out the slip for me and actually assisted me.
