I bought a gas heater a week ago and only to get home and it was not working, so, I return it to game in Rosebank today, the ladies at client services call a guy named Sbusiso to come and assist, when he gets there, he tests the cylinder in front of us which made us cough, we ignore it, the tries it in front of us still it does not work then we told to go and get another gas heater, as soon as we leave we hear that hammering sound on the heater but we ignore it then suddenly when we return its working and there is now a solution that was not there when we were seating and looking for a solution. We ask for transperacy if the is a problem with items and not to be hammered when we not there then fixed when we back. I hope this hammering that Sbusiso did on this heater lasts as per the 2 year guarantee on the box. Not a welcoming service indeed.
