I tried making an online purchase, however I had not checked my balance and the purchase exceeded my available balance.. A lady called me to check if someone had tried to de***** my account which I was very thankful for but assured her that it was in fact my error. I then transferred funds into the store card and have twice now tried to do the online purchase & each time it is declining. This is infuriating because the special I originally wanted i5 HP Laptop R7999, was now R8999 & has now ended! Again I now tried for the i3 Acer, which I did not really want in the 1st place is also going to end!!! Holding on and on and being redirected to 3 or 4 different people. I am most disappointed.....
