So, I went to Game at Mall@ Carnival to take up a contract on 2 laptops for R399.I was told they are out of stock and they won't be able to do the contract and source the laptops from other branches and they can't check on the system either, as to which branch has stock as their store does not have the item on stock. I was quiet dissapointed by the customer service received and the lack of knowledge and interest to go the extra mile.
