Just an update on the outcome of my issue with Game at the Gateway Branch in Umhlanga Durban.

After several emails and the reviews on Hello Peter, I finally got the store manager who contacted me.

His name is Andries. I have to admit that he was extremely helpful and exchanged my problem refrigerator for a new one.

It was delivered promptly as well. I am extremely pleased with the service since speaking to Mr Andries. Sincere appreciation to Vernon as well who had assisted me at the store as well as Rina Taute who forwarded the matter to a Mr Andries.

Thank you all for your assistance. This was the kind of service my family had always received from Game and I truly do not have a problem continuing to support Game if this service continues.
